Jeremy Katz

Jeremy is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of Oakwood Multifamily Partners. He implements the firm’s strategic initiatives and leads all investment activities and is part of the Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding Oakwood Multifamily Partners, was Co-Head of CP Capital (f/k/a Real Estate Capital Partners and HQ Capital), which, at the time, had assets under management of approximately $5 billion. During his tenure at CP Capital, he worked on a variety of transactions on both the residential and commercial sides of CP Capital’s business, including: acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and operating company purchases, having closed over $1.9 billion of investments with a significant focus on multifamily assets. Before joining CP, Jeremy worked for Wells Fargo in Washington, D.C., underwriting commercial real estate loans and credit lines for large national REITs. He is a Vice Chair of the ULI (Urban Land Institute) Multifamily Bronze Council and an active member of YPO. He holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
